Jeffs Space

Anyone else out there tired of the Concentration Camp wannabe waifs (CCWW) out there?  I'm talking about those girls who feel that they need to weigh only as much as their skeleton and internal organs.  I get sick just looking at them! 

I always here that girls are like that because men "objectify" them and force them to lose all that weight.  I'm curious, which men are doing that?  I see CCWW's out in the world and always hear them complaining, "ohh whoa is me, I don't have a man!" Chicky, put some weight on, men don't want to count your ribs, we don't want to see you stand in front of a 60 watt bulb and be able to do a full exploratory surgery on you without scalpel.

We went out for dinner last night and the girl at the drive-through was a CCWW.  I swear, our food almost caused her to lose her balance.  I'm sure she's worrying about who will take her to the Prom. 

OK, I've been following the news about allowing people to use their cell phones while on planes.  Hooray!  Yet another place where I can be reached when there's an "emergency" because some smart person entered the wrong URL on their site and can't get it to work.

Well, I can always turn the cell phone off, so there goes my complaint.

What I'm sick of are the people who say that me talking on my cell phone is annoying.  What's so annoying about it?  I'm communicating with another human being using a natural method known as "speech" augmented with technology.  Would you find two people sitting next to you talking to one another "annoying?"  Or how about when you sit in your middle seat and look to your left or right to see me with a book to my nose, obviously reading it, and you start speaking to me asking about my life, is that "annoying" to you?  Probably not, because you're not the one who's in the middle of a good book about to find out some secret only to have some moron interrupt you. 

These people complain that the airplane is the "last vestage of silence left." Ummm, pardon me, have you BEEN on an airplane?  What's so silent about that?  Screaming kids, screaming engines, screaming teenagers on spring break, people who complain that the overhead bins are too small and they have to check their trunk that took two people to carry it from the ticket counter. 

Folks, human beings want to communicate, if they want to do so via cellphone, let them.  Then they won't speak, and you can get that "rest" you were so looking forward to.  Let me make one suggestion, though.  Pick up some ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones, they are amazing.  If you plug your ears, you can't hear people on their cell phones!

This is my first 'blog.  I've never even read anyone else's, so I'm probably 'blogging all wrong, but I'll get the hang of it.

Give me any pointers you have of what I type.
